CHEDDAR HERB BREAD

This is so easy and fool proof! Add 1 can or 1.5 cups of club soda or beer. Stir until moistened, spoon into greased pan and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Additional ingredients needed:

  • 1 12oz can (1 ½ cups) of club soda or beer  (Sprite or 7up will also work)

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a standard loaf pan. Pour bag contents in bowl and stir well to combine. Add liquid and stir just until moistened. (may need to add up to ¼ c extra liquid, water will work). Pour into pan and bake for 45 min – 1 hour.

  • 1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease 8” square or round cake pan or cornbread mold. Place contents of bag in bowl. Combine butter, egg and milk and add. Hand beat until smooth, about 1 minute, do not over mix. Bake for 15 – 20 min.
