Helping Hearts are a small token that can be kept for oneself or given to another as a way to show that you are connected to them.

They can be given to children and adults to help with anxiety.

I give mine to my daughter when she is feeling sad to be away from me. I rub it with my hands and tell her I am filling it with love.

She can then take it out when she needs and hold it to 'get the love out'.
