Wood willl have natural knots and markings.  These markings create a unique touch on every bookmark.  Due to this the appearance of the bookmarks may differ slightly.

Our wood signs are made with a painted MDF backing. The backing is encased in a dado cut into the frame (ie. not stapled to the frame). We use 3/4" thick x 1-1/8" deep pine or spruce. The letters will be made from 1/4" MDF or 1/8" matte black acrylic. If they are made out of 1/4" MDF, the letters will be pre-painted, then cut on the laser machine. This means that the edges of the letters will not be painted but will have a finished laser cut edge.
