Popcorn is a high fibre snack. Take a 1/2 cup of Schneider’s popcorn seed and 1/2 cup of a different popcorn seed and see the difference. Compare both quantities of finished product. There is an increased yield of 3 – 4 cups of popped kernels. The quality is evident when popped kernels have multiple finger extensions instead of a closed fist. By using Schneider’s Theatre II Snack Maker and suggested oil usage, the husk remains in the pot during the cooking process.
