Our Syrups: Most Simple Syrup is just that. Simple. 50% Water + 50% Sugar.

In comparison, Simps Syrups are produced at a 5-to-1 ratio, (5 parts Sugar to 1 Part Water) resulting in what we refer to in-house as a “Rich Cane Syrup” designed to carry flavour through dilution and heat.

Our syrups are pasteurized, and preserved for 365 days so if you’re a slow-sipper, don’t worry, lots of time…
