Pierre L. Vassura is a self-made and accomplished visual artist and has been active in the graphic and ceramic fields for as long as he can remember.

Pierre as born in Europe just before World War II and he travelled throughout Italy, France, Switzerland, Israel and North America. He has worked at various creative posts in different fields before devoting himself full time to his own mode of expression. He eventually set down his roots in beautiful British Columbia, Canada and has been residing there ever since.

A member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, Pierre has displayed his works in various international and local exhibitions and has been the recipient of several awards.

His work follows his imagination and vibration coming from his thoughts and putting together shapes and forms in new combinations, building new space following the laws of visibility and creating visual art in his Analogical Formalism style.

Our wood signs are made with a painted MDF backing. The backing is encased in a dado cut into the frame (ie. not stapled to the frame). We use 3/4" thick x 1-1/8" deep pine or spruce. The letters will be made from 1/4" MDF or 1/8" matte black acrylic. If they are made out of 1/4" MDF, the letters will be pre-painted, then cut on the laser machine. This means that the edges of the letters will not be painted but will have a finished laser cut edge.

The frames will have natural knots and markings. These markings create an unique touch on every frame. Due to this, the appearance of the frames may differ slightly and each piece may take the stain differently.

Terri is a Saskatchewan-born painter, illustrator, and animator who works with themes of memory, childhood, and humour. In her paintings, Terri nurses a love for the expansive prairie landscape, combining elements inspired by folk art and her family’s generational quilting past- time to create a series of painted patchwork landscape fantasies.
