Our wood signs are made with a painted MDF backing. The backing is encased in a dado cut into the frame (ie. not stapled into the frame).We use 3/4" thick x1-1/8" deep pine or spruce. The letters will be made from 1/8"matte black acrylic.
The will have natural knots and markings. These markings create a unique touch on every frame. Due to this, the appearance may differ slightly and each piece may take the stain differently.
