Using a soap deck will help to extend the life of a bar of soap by keeping your soap high and dry.
This soap deck is handcrafted using Hickory wood, with a light coat of water resistant Tung Oil, which helps make the soap deck easier to clean and less water absorbent, and aids to extend the life of the soap deck.
Soap Decks measures 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches by 3/4 inch thick.
To aid in removal of soap residue, quickly scrub your deck under running warm water and allow to air dry. Never place your wood deck in the dishwasher or submerge your deck in the sink. To disinfect and clean your wood soap deck, wipe it with full-strength white vinegar.
Purchasing soap decks in pairs is another option, that way while one is being cleaned and drying out the other can be in use.
It's best to let your soap dish completely dry out after washing, this helps prolong its life.
