Soup N' Stuff, Jambalaya Skillet

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Additional ingredients needed:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts(cut into bite size pieces)
  • ½ lb sausage (cut into bite size pieces)
  • ½ lb shrimp
  • 1 14oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cups water

Brown chicken and sausage, add package contents, tomatoes and water. Follow method below. Add shrimp during last 5 – 10 min of cooking.

STOVE TOP

In skillet with lid, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 20 – 30 min. stirring frequently.

SLOW COOKER

Cook on low for 2 – 4 hours.

INSTANT POT

Set to manual, cook for 20 min. When finished, manually release pressure, add shrimp, cover and let sit for 5 – 10 min.
