This vintage style, heirloom quality reversible brimmed bonnet is perfect for keeping the sun off the head or out of the eyes of your little one on those warm, sunny days.  If worn in cooler months it can help to trap warmth from the baby or child’s head and ears helping to keep the baby/child warm from cooler breezes.  These bonnets are available in sizes preemie to toddler, around age 3.  The bonnets are constructed with two layers of breathable, natural fabrics such as cotton, organic cotton, linen, etc. and a medium interfacing in the brim to help hold its shape and prevent it from becoming floppy. 

The bonnet is fully reversible, allowing two separate looks and more bang for your buck! The straps are generous in length allowing you to tie in a bow to create a snug but comfortable fit, and won’t allow wind to throw the hat off the head and across the miles.  The brim helps to frame those adorable baby cheeks making them even more kissable.

To be sure you are choosing the correct size, measure around the child’s head at the largest part of the forehead.  Measurements are a generalization based on sewn finished seam allowances.  Size up if you are close to the size cutoff.

All items made in a pet and smoke-free home.  All fabric is pre-washed and pre-shrunk in warm water with Unscented Tru Earth Eco Strips Vegan Laundry detergent with no additional fabric softeners added to the laundry.  Fabric is then dried on medium-high heat with wool dryer balls to eliminate static and no dryer sheets are used.

Care Guide:  Spot clean with mild soap and water.  Lay flat to dry.  *If required, the bonnet may be washed in the washing machine on cold or warm.  Be sure to use a laundry bag so the ties don't get tangled.  Reshape and lay flat to dry.  A warm iron may be required to get out wrinkles.  ***If the bonnet has linen fabric, it would be advised to spot clean only if possible as the wrinkles can be tough to get out.

Care instructions: we all know how messy little ones can be, so I made sure these are easy for you to clean should an uh-oh happen! All you need to do is flip it inside out, and toss it in the wash with like-colours! Lay flat to dry. (If you accidentally toss these in the dryer, that’s ok! They won’t shrink on you, but they might be a little “fuzzier” when they come out of the dryer!
